Short Somatic Practices
Simple practices you can easily bring into your everyday routine.
I recorded these some short somatic sessions throughout 2025–2026. They are designed for independent practice at home, during the workday, or whenever you need a short break.
No special preparation, fitness level, or equipment is required. All you need is a few minutes, a little space, and the willingness to pay attention to your body.
The practices are based on slow, comfortable movement and awareness of sensation. The goal is not to move farther, harder, or “better.” Instead, we explore how the body organizes movement, where unnecessary effort appears, and whether another, easier option is available. These short movement breaks can help you shift your attention, give the body a pause after long periods of sitting, restore a sense of movement, and become more aware of how you feel.
You can choose any practice depending on what you would like to explore that day, or gradually work through all.
Move slowly, stay within a comfortable range, and never push through pain. Even a few minutes of attentive movement during the day can be a meaningful way to reconnect with your body.
