TERMS OF USE

These Terms govern the use of mysomatica.com (the “Website”) and the purchase/use of digital content and online services (courses, webinars, audio/video materials, group sessions) provided by [legal name / company / sole proprietor — please confirm] (“Provider”, “we”).

1. General

  1. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

  2. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or make purchases.

  3. We may update these Terms; changes take effect upon publication on the Website.

 

2. Services

We offer:

  • live online sessions via Zoom (groups/courses/practices),

  • in-person individual sessions at her office: 127 Ahuza St, Ra’anana, 4337314, Israel.
    In-person sessions may include psychological and somatic, trauma-informed work, including support related to traumatic stress. Format, duration, pricing, and booking details are provided individually when scheduling.

  • digital content (audio, video, webinar recordings),

  • other products as described on the Website.

 

3. Medical disclaimer

  1. Our content and sessions are educational/wellness-oriented and are not medical services.

  2. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

  3. If you have medical concerns, consult a licensed healthcare professional before practicing.

  4. You are responsible for your wellbeing during practice and should stop if discomfort occurs.

 

4. Account and access

  1. Paid access may require registration/login.

  2. Access is provided to the email used at checkout or via the login method offered on the Website.

  3. You must keep your login credentials confidential. Sharing access is not allowed.

 

5. Pricing and payments

  1. Prices are listed on the Website and may be shown in ILS (₪).

  2. Payments are processed via connected payment providers.

  3. Prices may change for future purchases; confirmed paid orders are not affected.

 

6.  Cancellations & refunds (client-initiated)

1. Audio/video courses (digital content).
You may request a full refund for an audio or video course within 10 (ten) calendar days of purchase. If a refund is issued, access to the course materials will be revoked (the related access/subscription will be canceled).

2. Live online sessions (Zoom).
A client-initiated refund is possible after the first session. In this case, we refund the cost of unused (not delivered) sessions in the package/membership, minus:

  • the sessions already delivered, and

  • payment processing fees (see item 4 below).
    The first completed session is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

3. In-person sessions.
If you cancel an in-person session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may request a refund for that session in full minus payment processing fees (see item 4 below).
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or do not attend, the session is considered delivered (time reserved) and no refund is provided.

4. Payment processing fees.
All refunds are issued minus payment provider and/or bank fees if such fees were charged and/or are non-refundable by the payment provider.

5. How to request a refund.
To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email listed on the website. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or another mutually agreed method) within the timeframe required by the payment provider/bank.

 

7. Intellectual property

All content is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share materials without written permission.

 

8. Participant conduct

We maintain a respectful environment. We may remove participants from sessions for disruptive or unsafe behavior, without compensation when necessary for group safety.

 

9. Technical requirements

You need a stable internet connection and a device that supports Zoom. We are not responsible for user-side technical issues.
